Double storey renovated terrace located on Nicholson Street. The design of the dwelling is very functional with good separation of the bedrooms and a bathroom both upstairs and down stairs. Bedrooms are all of a good size and the property benefits from two outdoor living areas. The site has a westerly rear orientation and thus will enjoy good afternoon sunlight. Traffic noise is a consideration in the two front bedrooms and on site car accommodation is only possible if you sacrifice the bottom courtyard. Good transport linkages and proximity to amenities however main road location.
