An average block of land in Brighton with a southerly orientation, however it does have side street as well as front access meaning development is possible within council guidelines for a Neighbourhood zoning.

Currently an older style period home is on it with a poor floor plan but is rentable - agent said $1000 plus per week, but that is yet to be confirmed in writing.

As an investment it's a buy, rent and then bulldoze and build or an immediate build into one or two homes.

As a family home its in a great location close to schools, train and shops - granted the home needs a major reno or rebuild and it does have a southerly rear aspect.
