"Pretty house from the street and good hill position. Location is not bad yet not premier Camberwell - while close to Camberwell Junction this precinct is bound by three busy roads - namely Toorak, Camberwell and Glen Iris. Floor plan is a little strange - location of bathroom in the centre of the house is a little awkward as you need to walk through the kitchen to get to the back areas. Could easily fix this in time with some simple internal changes. Bedroom sizes are good and there is good seperation  -the rear extension has been quite well done, which is refreshing to see."
