"A good combination of old and new inside and out. This renovation provides a very livable house for a broad mix of families. Teenagers could be accommodated, especially with the pool and outdoor area, young kids could be accommodated as there are 3-4 bedrooms with sufficient bathrooms and the formal areas are well laid out as are the family areas. Not too much garden maintenance but the pool and the Zeuss look alike will need some TLC. A good location -near to transport, shopping and schools should generate interest."
