Street (and this immediate area) is average yet undergoing great change and that is a positive - yet some may have concerns over the width of this property (15m approx frontage - windows to the north will be shaded in winter) and the land size here. Balwyn High School zone obvioulsy a big attraction. Bedroom downstairs offers great flexibility and this would well suit a modern family at the right price."
