"Land is what you are buying here and there is plenty of it - so often these days it is very hard to find. Really impressed by the privacy and space in the rear yard - west facing too which is great for a pool down the track. From a buyer's perspective Havelock does carry some traffic and looking straight down Denmark Hill Road is not ideal. House does have some quality (although is timber) could renovate this in a major way or replace with one or two houses (STCA). Rated as land only."
