"Well positioned family home, however, street does carry traffic. With three bedrooms and a study upstairs and another bedroom and full bathroom option downstairs, this will cater to a variety of families.
The kitchen/family room opens well to the backyard and has full view of the yard (for those with young children). The kitchen could benefit from an upgrade as the colours may not appeal to everyone. There is a second dining room, which could be used as another living area, albeit a small one, as the sitting area, immediately off the entry does not feel quite like a room.
With a garage below, and access via stairs to the front door, this could eliminate families with injuries/disabilities or those with elderly relations who prefer single level.
Position is a key here - with easy access to shops, transport and some of Melbourne's best schools."
