"A lot has been squeezed into this period house , but it is probably time for a complete renovation. The land is not large ( 404 square metres) but it has two street entrances so the potential is there for say two apartments or townhouses. Cloverdale is in a convenient location and does not carry too much traffic but is convenient to Como Park and Toorak Village. The house as it standes could probably be leased out but there is potenetial in this site."
