
Position alone meaning on Scotch Hill demands there will be interest from families with children going to Scotch and MLC. The home itself is nicely presented cosmetically and gets most of the basics right but the flow into the downstairs area and indoor/outdoor and south facing rearare it's weaker points. Initially on the floorplan I also didn't like the kitchen position, but it sort of works as younger kids can be supervised whilst in the backyard and the dinner still cooked. The bedroom wing and 3rd or 4th bedroom downstairs for that troublesome son or difficult mother-in-law has potential. The road carries traffic and ideally at this level you would have preferred undercover parking - still if you want to walk to Scotch and are $3m ready to move-in buyers, then in this market your hand may well be up come auction time or the agent Mr Tostevin will want to know why.
