"On first impressions, you mightn't think much of it - probably because you are focused on the Kooyong Road traffic; however when you stop and take a real look you can see this has something a bit special about it, as a home.
Having said that it should - it has had a fair bit invested in it the building.
As you enter is does have that feeling of class - of proportion. The rear wing is on the southern side to bring in the northern light and the courtyard and al fresco areas work well, very well. While these types of offering are not unique they are certainly not common. Upstairs - yes everything you want and ensuites everywhere. No lift was an oversight for a house in this price range. Garaging is excellent and serves as a buffer between the road and the home. This part of Kooyong Road has commanded very strong prices in the good times.
