This apartment surely has some of the very best views any Melbourne apartment has to offer; MCG, Treasury Gardens, CBD; just a sweeping landscape of all things to the east, north and west. The apartment itself is does not exude super-high quality, that is not to say the fixtures and fittings are not of a very high standard because they are. But you don't get a feeling of wandering through this sub-penthouse in awe of the actual feel, but you do walk through in awe of the views and this comes at a price in this location and an apartment measuring about 350sqm. The room sizes are big and voluminous and the floor plan excellent; six living spaces if you count the balcony and two winter gardens. The foyer is classy and the facilities in the building are very good. There is no shortage of apartments or penthouses at $3 million and above in Docklands both on and off market and plenty more being built, but at this end of the city the choices are very limited.
