"Looking for a small house with nothing to do in a great beachside location - this has got it.  Perfect for the downsizer or perhaps a single/couple wanting to move into the area. Considering the size of the property, careful thought has been put in to keep a feeling of space both inside and out, with clever windows and landscaping creating a private retreat. The kitchen family room provides a good feeling of space with the help of pitched ceilings, the kitchen separating the dining from the entertaining area. Some may find that only one living area is a little restrictive, however, for what this is and where it is, I'm sure many will find it appealing.    "
