Simple decisions at 17 Hawksburn. Firstly do you like terrace homes and inner city living? Yes! Well 17 Hawksburn is worthy of consideration as it has a very good floor plan with lots of living room light - the room sizes are above average for this style of home (here or in Albert Park) - and the wet areas are all in the right place, meaning all the big expenses are taking care of. You could argue that the transition from old to new is a little awkward; but just as many would disagree with that comment. So next question is do you want a car-park? Yes or no? Simple decision and your answer will determine as to whether or not you go onto the third step how much do I have to pay for a really, really good, well located terrace home without a car-park in South Yarra?
