"A well presented and maintained property which has been updated well. Real positives here are the land size, hill position and northern rear orientation. Although the floor plan is a functional and very livable one, some might find the house itself small in relation to the the block  (you could always extend up in time of course). The facade while OK lacked a bit of street appeal - this is probably due to the basic roof form and housing within the street is very mixed. This pocket of Surrey Hills is OK yet not brilliant - while close to Wattle Park you some distance from Union Rd shops and the train station."
