Had a couple of reincarnations in recent times - including a reported sale within the price range earlier this year.

What you see is what you get - if you are cool with the neighbours - meaning this is obviously connected to one of them - so are you going to get the guarantees you can build what you want to build (STCA) without neighbourly disputes.

It's a plain block - crossover, good street frontage and seemingly free of legal impediments (according the agent) of restrictive overlays, covenants and easements - but I have not viewed paperwork.

South rear - a negative if you are planning double storey - no real issue if single level.

Great street in an area that has monstered the average growth rates over the last decade.
