"This house offers great potential. About 1700 square metres on Mercer Rd with a large well pedigreed house all ready to be modernized. The ceilings and hallways are to write home about but the flow in the family area requires some major updating and some of the bedrooms may not survive the new plans. There is plenty of space to keep the extensive gardens and the cottage out the back would always be a good place to print the money required for this renovation."
