Lawrence street is a street close to Church st and its train, shops and cinemas. Everything in Lawrence is compact and No 16 is no exception. A lovely little, tarted up ( the paint was still fresh) single fronted Victorian on a south facing rear block. The floorplan is an interesting one with the rear being all angles, but they are angles that work - separating a second living area and allowing a staircase to be hidden which leads to two upstairs bedrooms, nicely perched on top of the kitchen area. I think they have maximized what they have here and the flow works and I would say they would have kept costs to a minimum without giving the feeling of cheap. Off street parking is also a plus. Would have thought this would sell well - especially with Nick Johnstone - his new, boutique company is firing at the moment.
