House packs in a lot and the floor plan is a good one - really liked the small study area tucked off the main open plan living area. Bedroom seperation is good and would work well for an average family.  Only real concerns here are south facing rear aspect and connection to the rear yard due to the sloping site. Location is not premier Camberwell yet is close to local shops and Cooper reserve.
