Comments on 16 Gowar Avenue CAMBERWELL

A neat single-level original timber period home, which is very livable now yet ripe for renovation (or two-story rear extension) down the track. Central, walk-through kitchen is not ideal and master bedroom is weak (limited storage no ensuite). South rear aspect not ideal in terms of access to natural light into rear private areas and there is no covered ar parking, but maybe this could. Achieved at the front of the house or to the side. Gardens are a highlight as is the street - leafy and quiet, close to Frog Hollow reserve.
