"Glencairn Avenue is a nice street, does carry a little traffic as a thoroughfare between South Rd and Dendy St. Home looks nice, good family accomodation and close to parks, good schools and only a few minutes from the beach. Transport is a bit of an issue for Brighton East properties, although Moorabbin train station is only about 1.5 km away on the eastern side on Nepean Hwy. Homes in this area generally sell well."
