Comments on 16 Daphne Street CANTERBURY

A well renovated original period home, that has good floor plan flow and has plenty of WOW. Hard to fault the house is any real way - for many it will be a room or so short (that said there is scope to extend up over the flat roof rear section of the house (STCA) in time if need be. Maybe the kitchen is a little small/tight - but again this could be addressed. The connection to the alfresco area / backyard is well thought out and the pool is impressive and well sited. Tandem garaging is a good width and a nice plus for property of this age, and the street is OK yet not classic Canterbury - close to  Maling Road village and Boroondara Gardens (yet crossing / entering Canterbury and/or Balwyn Roads will be an everyday event here). Good property - would expect competition for this.
