"Convenient location.  Single storey so perfect for downsizers or those not in a position to manage stairs.  The front unit of two.  The floor plan is not the usual and does not have the kitchen/living at the rear overlooking the back yard.  Consideration has been made to capture light/warmth with the living room at the front overlooking the front yard and the family/dining in the middle of the house capturing the afternoon west sun.  It works.  The front bedroom would be better suited to a study as it is a long way from the main bathroom.  The property could benefit from a cosmetic upgrade. The property is positioned centrally between Church Street and Bay Street shops, cinemas and stations."
