"This type of block has issues despite its land size as they are hard to build on - the preferred method is to subdivide with such a wide frontage but if you can't and that may well be the case (Gasgoine Estate) then you are faced with dilemmas of rebuilding or refurbishing with a lot of the land at the front and a home that would spread across the block rather than, as most are used to, down the block. If however you are a front gardener who loves showing off, are happy with the current structure - its not a shocker and can plow some cash into a solid refurb then this single level home in a very good street may get your interest- it does allow the north light into the living areas very well. I think the laundry is in the wrong spot for opening up indoor/outdoor flow but there are other places for it and  the rest of the floorplan works well with the bedroom wing on the south. Belson is a really good street but has always had tricky blocks and overpriced packages here have proved hard to budge over the years - with a Benmac reserve within their current quoted range that should not prove to be the case in this instance as Danielle and Ian know how to run a campaign of this nature."
