"A large modern home with a high level of appointment and finish. For this reason it will impress people and it packs in a lot of accommodation The key pluses are the open plan living/kitchen dining area to the rear, huge garage / basement and all bedrooms are well served by generous robing and an ensuite. Concerns for some would be three levels and no lift and although land is a good size, the backyard is not that big. Position is fringe Camberwell, yet you are close to local shops and many parks. This would best suit an older family - hats off to the owner for producing something of very good quality and thought in this area - refreshing to see."
