Gee I really liked this home, the living spaces are varied and special - front, rear and above the garage. It's the living spaces that make this home as attractive as it is.

The immediate area is Mmmm… B grade at best with the school and flats dominating the immediate amenity - seeing past that… it’s close to everything you would want and if you actually want the school close by, then big tick.

The parking is decidedly interesting – yes, it’s from the rear and in driving around to find the access point, I went down two wrong lane tries before finding the correct one. The rear access is in between two blocks of flats and with a turn however, the laneway widens out and is more than acceptable as a safe entry to your home - with may I add, two lots of steps between car and kitchen.

The land is a brilliant size for Inner Melbourne - it is a south facing rear (the design negated much of this potentially negative light issue) and does have a slope (it came across as a positive in some ways - the look onto the above garage living spaces was captivating in the first instance and because the garage is sunken the building was not dominating.

Back inside - the adjectives kept coming to wow and groovy. Everything is there that most want in a good home; good proportions and good quality. Bedroom set up, two up and a few more down - works for me, does it for you?

And… I come back to finish with the living spaces again - the two rear large ones (in house and above garage) - are by a master of his/her craft and the other ones work in nicely.

Teenagers, going to a school nearby? This should be on your consideration list!
