Solid period home which affords good accommodation for a growing/older family, located within a stone's throw away from many good private schools. Upstairs master bedroom suite works well yet secondary bedrooms are a little small here, and that might be a concern for some. Rear open plan living/meals areas are light-and-bright and connect nicely to the outside, yet these also are a little tight. Property does afford very good five-year flexibility and also could work well for an investor - growth is underpinned by the convenience of the position. Really liked the entry, which is a double volume space.
