This large three level propertyhas impressive uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay. The floor plan is flexible one with most rooms in the right place however to my way of thinking the layout has tried to incorpoarte too many rooms. In particular the master bedroom lacks that real WOW factor - befiting a property of this size and position. The property is well positioned to access South Melbourne Market, Vic Avenue, Albert Park Lake, the beach just across the road and the CBD.
