"This former warehouse with subtle art deco influences has been divided into four separate apartments with common area car parking. Spread over three levels the property offers good floor plan flexibility with most rooms in the right areas. Positioned on the second level the family room/dining and kitchen are of generous proportions and offer a practical layout. These areas are further enhanced with good light penetration from windows on the north,east and west sides of the property. The middle level bedrooms are serviceable and the master bedroom connects to a good sized ensuite. What will not be to everyones liking is the lack of natural light into these areas and a basic looking master bedroom. To my way of thinking this property will best suit a professional couple or downsizers as the lack of any outside garden area may limit it's appeal to families with children. The surrounding decks do gives some connection to outside areas and the views across the surrounding period homes add interest. Access to schools, Armstrong Street and Victoria Avenue shops, Albert Park Lake and the South Melbourne market will enhance it's appeal."
