Our 2013 Rating:

This neat red-brick Edwardian property offers flexible accommodation with three good bedrooms,including a master bedroom with large ensuite and built in wardrobe. Internally there is nothing to spend, as the property is in very good condition having been recently renovated. What won't be to everyone's liking is the large block of flats situated on the property's east boundary which has carparking access via the rear lane. The rear courtyard is also a little small and may be an issue for some. Located on Kerferd Road, the property is situated in one of the area's most recognisable streets, which does mean it carries significant through traffic. However, the property's proximity to the beach and the plethora of local shops and cafes may be more than enough compensation for that.
