
This part of Bentleigh is increasing in popularity all the time - we call it the sporting precinct owing the brilliant sporting facilities on Jasper road - add to this walking distance to train, coffee (Centre Road) and Safeway and this area is becoming highly sought after. The Highway is one of the better streets in Bentleigh's due it's consistency of offering - almost all are period homes and Calvin the agent states there is a council overlay restricting development to some extent.
