"This property has appeal and it's on a good sized block.  Could be looked at for the following - move in as is, improve cosmetically, major renovation.  The garage at the rear affects maximum use of the rear garden and some may choose to remove this.  There may be an option for a carport at the front (subject to council approval) - need to consider impact (if any) on facade.Walk through kitchen to rear is not ideal, and roof line to family room, although it lets in light, is dated and would benefit from a renovation. The main bedroom would benefit from an ensuite and walk in robe, but given the position of the stairs, this is not done easily.  There is good separation, however, between the main bedroom and the other bedrooms.  The front living room is a major feature of the property and really captures the beauty and feel of yesteryear.  Appeal here is land size, street and position to amenities with a property that offers many options for buyers."
