"Large block of Golden Mile land which will be bought by a developer (eg look to next door units) or possibly a homebuyer wanting a tennis court. Hard to fault position being less than 100 metres from beach. South facing rear presents some issues re light but land size is big enough to get round most of those issues. Is the land worth $3500 per sqm or $4000 per sqm as that difference ads up to approximately $750,000. "
