Adam 's Comments on 14 Lyndhurst Crescent, HAWTHORN
"Unrenovated gem in a very popular part of Hawthorn. Many, pluses here - very good rear access - pretty facade and land falls away to the rear, which improves space and visibility to the backyard. Concerns - work ahead (most would see this as an opportunity though) and a south facing rear - can be addressed of course with a clever renovation design. Good site access and adjoining building built to the boundary really helps with the construction fundamentals - hard to go wrong if the design is right. Rated as land only here."

Bought* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
