"Arguably one of the best streets in Black Rock in the middle of the Golden Triangle. The smaller block of land provides more of a town house opportunity than the large family home, but if done well could access views across the bay. Price is the big question here.  Given 9 Bayview sold just before Christmas - 741 sqm for $1,725,000 and a little over $2300 p/sqm it will be interesting to see how this fares.  Will the smaller land size and south rear make a difference?  If so, how much?"
