Location and orientation are excellent for North Brighton

Has all the WOW features that bidders are looking for these days and this part of Brighton has come on in leaps and bounds in the last 5 years, in terms of price.

Wow that's the longest opening corridor I've ever seen.

It's a Loooooooong home. But it is on a narrow block.

It feels built to a good quality without being the best of the best.

Got a lift. Got a pool.

I like the bravery of the builder - for a very specific client - big and big boned family - if you're small and petite, you may need to call for international rescue if you get lost and tired.

Not for everybody - but it doesn't try to be - a hell of a lot of home - it will sell.
