Comments on 136 Ogilvie Street ESSENDON

The floorplan, flow and feel of this property are very good, and it is hard to see how it could be improved, especially in terms of flow. The bedrooms are all at the front of the home alongside a lovely wide hallway, with the living spaces to the rear, and the kitchen is positioned well to overlook the family room, the dining room, and the outdoors, and even through to the pool. Buyers at this level are probably looking for a second internal bathroom and particularly an ensuite, which this home lacks. There is, however, a second bathroom in the garage/home office that has ideal access from the pool. The issue of a pool is a contentious one, people either love them or hate them. The outdoor space is quite big, but the lack of a grassed area may be an issue for some. The garage and home office is great, perfect for a tradie as a home office or additional living space for the kids. I did like this home, and the only issue is that it is a fair distance from Essendon proper, but of course the price is reflective of that.
