This would have to be one of the more interesting properties I've seen recently - a beautiful renovation within a historic church in a AAA Richmond Hill spot. Everything in the home is high quality, and the look and feel is certainly not disappointing. The first floor, comprising two bedrooms, bath, study and laundry feels a little tight. However, other than that the spaces feel voluminous. It is a shame there is no terrace from the living area; the views from the master bedroom terrace over the city are quite stunning and no doubt mesmerising in the evening. With three bedrooms, this might suggest a family home, but I'm not sure the layout suits a family, particularly a younger one. Having the bedrooms two floors apart doesn't seem congruent with a family's needs. Having lots of stairs also probably rules out a down-sizer, so that perhaps leaves a young professional couple as the likely buyer candidates. It could perhaps also be a great city residence for somebody who lives in the country (a lot of Southbank and Docklands apartments, for instance, are owned by country people). I love the location; on the weekend you could put the cars in the garage and walk to everything. This home sold only a couple of years ago for an undisclosed amount. It will be interesting to see how the property holds up this time around.
