Comments on 13 Orrong Crescent CAMBERWELL

This single level period home has been updated in the past, but is probably due for more work to bring it in line with 2013 living. Front to back flow is tricky, and the bathroom areas are small and outdated. The back rooms work okay, as they have north-facing windows and an easy connection to the backyard. A young family will perhaps find the backyard a little small, however the direct gate access to Willison Park may compensate for this. The biggest plus for many here will be the carparking - although only a carport, it is double width and easy to drive into from the street. This feature is rare in the Golf Links precinct.  Overall, this is not a bad home, which could become much better with some basic tweaks.
