"A sensibly  renovated period home that packs in a good amount of accommodation and would suit a modern family well. Main pluses here are the northern rear aspect, floor plan (it is a very flexible one)  and the general room arrangement/separation.  Some may have reservations about the facade and the smallish land size, given the overall offering. That all said this will tick the boxes for many people - the seamless transition from rear open plan area to the rear deck is very good and the key selling point for many. Position is quite good - close to local schools, Middle Camberwell shops, a myriad of local parks and public transport."
