Thoughtful detailing has created a property with good appeal and depending on individual needs has a flexible floor plan. Three bedrooms would work for a family, however to my way of thinking one bathroom and one living space may be limiting with teenagers.The property may therefore appeal to a professional couple, down-sizer, young couple looking for five year flexibility or an investor looking for a good renter. One of my favourite areas of the property is the family room - light streams in via a large bank of sky lights that have been incorporated in the roof line and the glass bi-fold doors open to create a seamless connection with the grassed courtyard area. The kitchen is well laid out and offers multiple work spaces, buyers may seen the current stove and dishwasher as a little dated and look to replace them. Unlike many parts of St Kilda, Argyle Street has good street appeal, due to a limited number of flats in the street and with remote control gates, entry into the off street parking bay is good. The property is well positioned to access the train at Windsor station, the shops and cafes in Chapel Street, Carlisle Street and Fitzroy Street.
