Unfortunately the extension which includes the kitchen/meals area is of an average to poor standard and does not complement the existing dwelling. Good Clifton hill location with Darling Gardens and all the amenities of Collingwood being a short walk. No onsite carparking. Suitable for investors and smaller families.
