"Were Street around the shops is a good southern Brighton precinct; close to shops, beach and the train. Basic 1970's/80's smaller home with a floorplan you could modernise at a reasonable price. Yes the block is small but that is typical for the streets in the immediate vicinity. Campbell said it should sell quickly - I tend to agree. Postscript - he was right.  "
