"Attractive period dwelling tucked away in a quiet Northcote Street. The dwelling features four generous bedrooms and a modern tasteful extension to the rear. The property does suffer from no onsite car parking however due to the street being a no through road parking is not a huge issue. The biggest drawback is limited outdoor space and limited common area for a four bedroom family home. Despite this the property does have a great feel to it with establish gardens and generally peaceful surrounds. Suit medium size family."
