"Situated in a premier part of Malvern, this home has an unusual floor plan, but it does actually work.  The octagonal central courtyard allows north light to the family/dining area and morning light into the kitchen.  There is a pool in the front yard, again accessing the northern light.  This may not be families with younger children as you cannot see the pool from the kitchen.  There are certainly two main wings if needing separation from teenage children, however, the ability to bring it all together with the courtyard, which most rooms in the home have view to.  With off street parking for four, the kids may never want to leave."
