"A good feel to this renovated brick Italianate Victorian home, which affords good bedroom separation and accommodation. Position is good (a stone's throw away from Maling Road), yet some may find this a little too close, and the view across the road to commercial buildings is not ideal. The rear open plan living area (although a little tight in places) works well and is perhaps the highlight of the house and first floor bedrooms are a good size. Main weakness would be the master bedroom suite - that said this could be addressed by reclaiming ground floor living room then converting existing bedroom behind into ensuite / wir - existing bedroom and bathroom then could be restored back to a grand living room. In addition some may like the rear yard to be more open - again this is possible as there is enough room. Overall not bad property this one - works well for young or growing family.
