"Well renovated family home. Rear family room extension has a distinct Queensland feel to it.
Kitchen opens with bi-fold windows to decked entertainment area, as does the family room that also overlooks the private well landscaped rear garden with built-in tramp!
The laundry is cleverly hidden behind doors off the dining area, blending with the other cupboard doors.
Whilst offering 5 bedrooms, the two bedrooms upstairs are small with multiple angled ceiling heights and no bathroom.
Front rooms may have noise issues, as the property is situated on a road that carries local traffic. This could also be an issue for families with small children.
