Based on some previous sales eg 3 flats on half this sized land with Phillipe Batters a few months ago this should really fly if the pricing is quoted correctly and is the truth and its captures the imagination as I think it should. I really do like this little family home/ medical suite (STCA) period renovation opportunity if the price is not prohibitive. Have rated as land only."
