"Typical solid double fronted Malvern/ Malvern East Edwardian in need of a serious reno out the back. Well actually it's a bit better than typical as it has parking options (yes tight down the side and ok at the rear). Have not rated the home. Just below Mid $2's would be the price for a good finished product - work your way back after build and contingency allowances. The bones and home characteristics are good.  "

"Solid Edwardian, which needs some work but has solid bones. North-facing rear and car access are the pluses here. This part of Claremont (the Tooronga Rd end) is a little far from shops/station - that said there have been some solid sales close-by in recent times. "
