"Gated estates are rare and not overly popular in Melbourne but this one is well located on a premier street in Armadale. It looks secure with the handsome master gate opening onto Mercer Road. The townhouse, however, seems cramped for size. The good points include a downstairs bedroom, with an ensuite, plus a double garage with internal access - but the upstairs bedrooms are relatively small and have limited storage. Not a place for a large party givers - but very convenient for a downsizing single or couple."
