Whilst there is good bedroom accommodation what buyers may see as a little tight is the family/dining areas. This is due to the angled corner position of the property rather than a specific design fault. The properties convienient location to the light rail into the CBD, Albert Park Lake, the beach and Armstrong Street all add to the properties appeal."
